Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. is seeking CDL drivers to transport products to customers and distribution centers across North America. Schedules include regular home time and no-touch freight options where available.

Drivers earn an average of $1,300–$2,100 per week, with first-year earnings up to $95,000 and experienced drivers averaging $104,000+. Pay is activity-based, including mileage, stop, pickup, and delivery components, and varies by route and business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record, or ability to obtain Class A CDL through our training opportunities
• Ability to obtain HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT)
• Ability to communicate in English as required by FMCSA regulations
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• At least ONE of the below statements is true: I graduated from an accredited CDL school of 140+ hours; I have six months+ of CDL-A driving experience

Responsibilities

• Transport product from Dot Foods suppliers to customers and distribution centers
• Load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods when required; no-touch freight roles may be available
• Read and understand load paperwork, including product and packaging descriptions
• Manage routes, schedules, and deliveries to meet service expectations
• Monitor fuel usage, idle time, and speed to support efficient operations
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and other applicable agencies
• Represent DTI with professionalism and a safety-first mindset on the road and at customer locations
