Expect activity-based pay with mileage, stop, pickup, and delivery pay, plus regular home time and schedule options. Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on route, experience, and hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport product safely to customers and distribution centers.
• Load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods when required.
• Read and understand load paperwork, including product and packaging descriptions.
• Manage routes, schedules, and deliveries to meet service expectations.
• Monitor fuel usage, idle time, and speed to support efficient operations.
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements set by the DOT/FMCSA and other agencies.
• Represent Dot Foods, Inc. with professionalism and a safety-first mindset on the road and at customer locations.
