This full-time role features an activity-based pay plan including mileage, stop, pickup, and delivery pay, plus potential for higher earnings depending on route and business needs. Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a PAT (Physical Ability Test).
• Ability to communicate in English as required by FMCSA regulations.
• Six months+ CDL-A driving experience or graduation from an accredited CDL school (≥140 hours).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product from Dot Foods suppliers to customers and distribution centers.
• Load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods when required; no-touch freight roles may be available.
• Read load paperwork and manage routes, schedules, and deliveries.
• Monitor fuel usage, idle time, and speed to support efficient operations.
• Represent Dot Foods with professionalism and a safety-first mindset at customer locations.
