Job summary

PMB Services, Inc. is hiring a CDL-A driver to haul and place pre-built portable storage buildings. You will work a varied route, including setting up on-site, handling leveling and blocking, and occasional repo pulls.

Expect 40–50 hours weekly with guaranteed home every weekend (Friday night to Sunday). 1–3 nights away per week depending on location. You will operate heavy-duty trucks with a shed trailer, maintain logs, and communicate with the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record and background.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Overnight travel required (1–3 nights/week).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flatbed experience a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance.
• Shed hauling/oversize experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and retrieve pre-built portable storage buildings and materials between locations.
• Deliver and set up buildings on-site to spec.
• Execute repo pickups, site clearing and load securing.
• Operate heavy-duty pickups or day-cab semi-trucks with shed trailer and forklift for site placement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues.
• Contact customers ahead of delivery to confirm order details.
• Maintain trip logs and weekly expense reports.
• Use dispatch details and submit required paperwork/photos.
• Communicate with Fleet Manager and dispatch.
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and in working order.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety laws.
