Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and safe driving experience with heavy vehicles.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Ability to load and unload materials and secure loads.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet transportation requirements.
• Willingness to work early mornings and in varied weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field crews and dispatch.
• Experience in construction, paving, or concrete hauling preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials at active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete logs.
• Transport asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and equipment safely to/from sites.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with dispatch, forepersons, and crew to support schedules.
• Assist with basic truck maintenance checks as required.
