Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver to operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, and to resolve customer needs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role offers a starting pay of $28.61 per hour with full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, paid time off, nine company holidays, a 401(k) with company match, education assistance, and a Motor Carrier Act Exempt classification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Current or willing to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card (or pass company-paid DOT physical).
• Able to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
