Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver in Jacksonville, FL to safely operate tractor-trailers and provide outstanding service to customers while handling freight loading and unloading.

This role requires a valid CDL-A, 21+ years of age, and the ability to obtain HazMat and other endorsements. You’ll work 12–14 hour shifts with day, night, and weekend availability, and you’ll receive comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Able to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
