Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver to join its team. You will operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples, and provide excellent service to customers while safely moving freight across routes.

The role may involve loading and unloading cargo and generating sales leads through strong customer interactions. The position is Motor Carrier Act Exempt with full health insurance on day one, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, education assistance, and

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements required within 90 days of employment
• Pass DOT drug test with no positives or refusals in last 3 years
• Have a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical
• Available to work up to 12-14 hours daily including day, night and weekends

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles and triples
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads
• Load and unload freight
