Job summary

Idaho Milk Transport is seeking Class-A CDL drivers to haul bulk liquid dairy products across 11 Western and Midwest states. Earn $70K–$100K per year, paid by the mile, with predictably long routes and flexible hometime. Expect safety bonuses, 24/7 dispatch, and modern equipment.

Drivers are out 10–14 days at a time with home time usually 2 days home for each 1 week out. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Training, safety incentives, and a DOT exam stipend are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• 12 months of recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience required.
• Ability to obtain tank endorsement.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
• Comply with truck driving rules and company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
