Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to be home weekly. Earn up to $0.74 per mile with additional bonuses including a $8,000 sign-on for true teams (split $4,000 per driver) and weekly home time.

Minimums/maximums per mile apply based on verified experience, with a strong emphasis on team pairing and safety. Benefits include a comprehensive package after eligibility with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company's 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
