Qualifications

• Class A license required.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must keep time and material records.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of different types and sizes of aggregates.
• Communicate effectively on the radio system.
• Lift and/or move 10–30 lbs and be able to climb and drive as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance and report major problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver soils, aggregates and materials to residential and commercial locations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Load and unload large quantities of water for compaction or dust control.
• Ensure efficient operation of equipment and coordinate with supervisors.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
