Earn up to $100,000 per driver per year with team CPM of $0.52–$0.74, plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus per team. Home time is weekly or bi-weekly depending on location, with strong pay schedules and a clear path to miles and stability.

Qualifications

• California: minimum 3 months teaming together.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• At least 3 months verifiable CDL-A experience.

• Miles that keep both drivers paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
• $8,000 sign-on bonus per team*. Covenant rewards established partnerships- teams must be together at least 90 days to qualify. California drivers are not eligible
• Dedicated freight, predictable lanes. Run dry van dedicated team laneswith consistent freight that supports high mileage and reliable weekly income.
