Job summary

Covenant Logistics Group is seeking CDL-A team drivers for established team operations. We offer dedicated lanes with high mileage, weekly or consistent pay, and an $8,000 sign-on bonus per team. California drivers are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Teams averaging tens of thousands of miles weekly will be supported by Covenant's infrastructure to ensure reliability and earnings. Teams are backed by dedicated lanes, frequent home time, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be pre-matched team
• California: minimum 3 months teaming together
• Willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 30 days
• Willing to obtain Doubles/Triples endorsements within 30 days
• At least 3 months verifiable CDL-A experience

Responsibilities

• Operate as a team with a co-driver to run high mileage
• Maintain clean DOT inspections and safety standards
• Drive dry van dedicated team lanes with consistent freight
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and scheduling requirements

• Up to $100,000 per driver per year*. Covenant is built to reward teams with higher, more consistent earning power, offering $0.52-$0.74 CPMbased on verified experience*.
• Miles that keep both drivers paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
• $8,000 sign-on bonus per team*. Covenant rewards established partnerships- teams must be together at least 90 days to qualify. California drivers are not eligible
• Dedicated freight, predictable lanes. Run dry van dedicated team laneswith consistent freight that supports high mileage and reliable weekly income.

• California:

  • Willing to obtain Doubles/Triples endorsements within 30 days
