Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers with 3 months of experience for solo OTR dry van routes in Petal, Hattiesburg and Forrest County. You’ll average about $1,525 per week and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus with no-touch freight.

First-year milestones include orientation, first paycheck, medical/dental/vision coverage after Day 30, 401(k) with company match, and loyalty pay growth after Month 12. Home time every 2 weeks across 48 states.

Qualifications

• 21 or older, valid Class A CDL.
• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months (CDL school not counted).
• 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years.
• DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-state dry van freight with 99% no-touch, mostly drop and hook.
• Earn an average of $1,525 per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Go home for 2 days every 10–14 days.

Job description

We're hiring CDL-A drivers with 3 months or more of experience in Petal, Hattiesburg and Forrest County for a solo OTR dry van seat. You average $1,525 a week, get a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and run no-touch freight.

Here's what your first year looks like, milestone by milestone.

Orientation (3 days): $100 a day, a single hotel room and a bus ticket provided.

Week 1: You get your assigned truck, 2023 or newer and automatic, and your first weekly paycheck follows.

Day 30: Medical, dental and vision coverage starts, and so does your 401(k) with a company match up to 5%.

First full month: You're eligible for the safety and productivity bonus, worth up to 3 cents a mile.

Every week: About 2,000 miles of dry van freight. It's 99% no-touch, mostly drop and hook, across all 48 states and mostly east of I-35. You get detention after 2 hours, $100 a day for layover or breakdown, and a short-haul minimum. Per diem is available.

Every 10 to 14 days: You go home for 2 days.

Month 12: Loyalty pay starts at +3 cents a mile and grows to +6. You earn your first week of paid vacation. Your yearly raise kicks in.

Plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Along for the ride

One rider is allowed, and so is one dog or cat up to 80 lbs.
