J&R Schugel Trucking, Inc. is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for OTR runs with newer equipment and predictable miles. Take-home pay can reach up to $150,000 annually, with 50 CPM on deadhead miles and 75% of line haul revenue for lease operators.

The lease is designed around you: no money down, no credit check, first two truck payments delayed, weekly payments $625–$775, home every 2–3 weeks, and ESOP ownership so you own part of the company as you drive.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• OTR experience: Dry Van 6 months in the last 3 years; Refrigerated 6–12 months as applicable.
• Safe driving record is required.

CDL-A Lease Operator Overview

Driver Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record
