Job summary

J&R Schugel Trucking, Inc. is seeking CDL-A lease operators for OTR routes, offering revenue-based compensation and a top take-home of up to $150,000 per year.

You can run 2023 or newer Kenworth models with no money down and no credit check, while enjoying a home time of every 2–3 weeks and weekly truck payments starting between $625 and $775. The program awards 75% of line haul revenue, with ESOP ownership and a path to own part of the business, provided through a driver-friendly lease

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• OTR experience in last 3 years: Dry Van 6 months; Refrigerated 6–12 months.
• Safe driving record is essential.
• Experience with lease programs and truck payments is a plus.

Driver Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record
