Job summary

New Legend is seeking OTR and regional team drivers to join a growth-minded carrier serving the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor. You’ll earn strong base pay with bonuses and flexible home time options, including 2+ weeks out with 2 days home and extended stays with travel coverage.

Starting pay features up to 66 CPM with monthly bonuses, plus additional incentives for safety, mileage and hazmat loads. Passenger program and full benefits are available.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
