New Legend is hiring for an OTR team driver to haul freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor. You’ll join a team-focused environment with strong pay and flexible home-time options, backed by a robust benefits package and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

We offer paid orientation, a driver-friendly freight mix, and per diem options to optimize earnings. If you’re self-motivated, safety-driven, and able to stay out for 2+ weeks with periodic home time, this role fits well.

• Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.

• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
