Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account paying 57–67 cents per mile, with 2–3 weeks out and full benefits after 60 days. The work covers all 48 states with no-touch freight, including drop-and-hook and live unloads.

Trucks are newer and assigned; you will be dispatched from company DCs to customers nationwide. Starting miles are 2,500+ per week, with 60 days to full benefits including medical, dental, PTO and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, using handheld.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for major violations or major accidents as described.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Dedicated Account with 48-state routing, no-touch freight.
• Typically run 2–3 weeks out, with home time proportional to time out.
• Pickup at company distribution centers and deliver to other DCs or warehouses.
• Enjoy newer model trucks assigned to you; not slip-seated.
