Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A truck drivers for a dedicated account delivering across the United States with no touch freight. Drivers will run 2 to 3 weeks out and can extend trips while earning a full day home for each week out.

Starting pay ranges from 57 to 67 cents per mile based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, PTO and 401K matching. Routes cover all 48 states with live unloads and drops.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21+ and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL MUST BE FROM YOUR STATE OF CURRENT RESIDENCY.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, handheld use.
• May have two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years with exceptions for major violations.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years; cannot have been terminated for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated account to multiple US destinations with 48 states served.
• No-touch freight with a mix of drop/hook and live unload.
• Trucks are newer model Condos and assigned rather than slip seated.
• Run 2 to 3 weeks out and earn time at home; longer stints possible with earned home time.
