J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Southwest regional fleet. You will enjoy consistent weekly home time, competitive pay, and modern equipment across California and the Southwest region.

This full-time, W2 role provides steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes and a strong emphasis on driver respect and support. Weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,500 with CPM pay on all miles, plus detention and breakdown pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Southwest routes with 100% dry van, no-touch freight most of the time.
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering consistent mileage and steady freight support.
• Take-home truck privileges allowed during weekly home time.
• Support operate in a high-efficiency, drop-and-hook environment with some live loads.

We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
