Job summary

Pickle Roofing Solutions is seeking qualified truck drivers for its West Coast lanes. Earn mileage-based pay with solo rates up to 68 CPM and team rates up to 78 CPM, effective 08/2026.

Weekly direct deposit, potential per diem option, and a solid benefits package accompany a driver-friendly, no-touch operation with multiple terminals. Drivers will operate dry van freight along I-5 corridors between Washington and neighboring states, with home time every 5.5–6 days and steady loads from 60+

Qualifications

• CDL-A with clean driving record.
• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within 24 months.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass DOT-required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van loads between WA, OR, CA territories.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Frequent home time with 34-hour resets as described in postings.
