Job summary

Pickle Roofing Solutions is hiring CDL-A drivers for a Dry Van fleet across the West. Earn up to 68 CPM solo and 78 CPM as a team with 2,500–3,000 miles per week, paid weekly with direct deposit. Per Diem option available.

We run 60+ contract customers, most loads are no-touch. Home every 5.5–6 days for a 34‑hour reset. Terminals in Pacific, WA, Albany, OR, Lathrop, CA, Phoenix, AZ. Requires CDL-A, 1 year CDL-A within 24 months, age 21+, and a DOT drug screen.

Qualifications

• Have a valid CDL-A.
• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within 24 months.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a DOT‑required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with no-touch shipments where applicable.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with regulations.
• Report to assigned terminals and participate in weekly payroll and benefits.
