J Rose Enterprises seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated OTR Eastern routes. This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor with late-model Freightliner Cascadias and a 70 MPH speed limit. Expect 3–4 weeks out with 3–4 days off, and 3000+ miles weekly.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $2,000+ with a pay rate of $0.75 CPM (loaded & empty). Weekly payments, plus $150/day for layover and breakdown pay, and paid vacation after 3 months of running.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 26 years old.

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Primary Running Areas: Midwest, Mid-Central, South, and Southeast

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $2,000+
• Pay Rate: $0.75 CPM (All miles paid – Loaded & Empty)
• Frequency: Paid weekly
• Layover Pay: $150 per day
• Breakdown Pay: $150 per day
• Paid Vacation: Available after just 3 months of running

Home Time & Equipment

• Home Time: 3–4 weeks out, followed by 3–4 days off
• Take-Home Truck: Yes, you can take the truck home with you during your home time.
• Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2021–2025 models)
• Truck Speed: Governed at 70 MPH

Freight Details

• Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
• Drop & Hook: 5% Drop & Hook
• Miles :3000+ miles per week
