J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated OTR Eastern routes. Run hard, get paid weekly, and drive late-model equipment. Touch freight is 100% no-touch, with 3–4 weeks out and 3–4 days off at home.

The fleet uses late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2021–2025) and is governed at 70 MPH. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $2,000+, with $0.75 CPM; layover and breakdown pay of $150 per day. Paid vacation available after 3 months of running.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 26 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes across Midwest, Mid-Central, South and Southeast.
• Maintain safety and insurance compliance during trips.

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Primary Running Areas: Midwest, Mid-Central, South, and Southeast

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $2,000+
• Pay Rate: $0.75 CPM (All miles paid – Loaded & Empty)
• Frequency: Paid weekly
• Layover Pay: $150 per day
• Breakdown Pay: $150 per day
• Paid Vacation: Available after just 3 months of running

Home Time & Equipment

• Home Time: 3–4 weeks out, followed by 3–4 days off
• Take-Home Truck: Yes, you can take the truck home with you during your home time.
• Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2021–2025 models)
• Truck Speed: Governed at 70 MPH

Job Requirements
