CDL-A Truck Driver | No-Touch Dry Van Freight

Home Time: Weekly (Home Every Week) | Weekly Pay: $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week | Location: Jersey City, NJ 07305

Dry van freight supported by a regional delivery network and route consistency helps drivers maintain predictable weekly miles, steady dispatch timing, and reliable home time within a no-touch freight operation.

Drivers operate within a defined regional footprint with coordinated dispatch planning designed to support consistent routing, reduce delays, and maintain steady weekly freight movement.

All dispatched miles are paid, including loaded and empty movement, supporting steady weekly earnings of $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week.

Fleet Equipment

• Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors assigned for regional use
• APU, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth capability included
• Outward-facing cameras used for safety monitoring
• Dry van trailers assigned across the fleet for consistent freight movement
• Assigned trucks may be parked at home when secure parking is available
• Equipment assignments are maintained for consistency and driver familiarity. Preventative maintenance scheduling helps reduce downtime and support reliable fleet performance.

Freight Profile

Freight consists of no-touch dry van shipments with a mix of drop-and-hook and scheduled live load appointments. Drivers focus on efficient movement while freight handling is completed at shipper and receiver facilities.

Regional lanes are structured to maintain steady freight availability and consistent weekly routing patterns.

Compensation

Drivers earn $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week based on dispatched miles. All miles are paid, including loaded and empty, supporting predictable weekly income.

Company-paid orientation is provided with orientation pay included. After onboarding, drivers are placed into established regional dry van freight rotations.
