Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers for our Farmington, MN service center. Teams drive 5 days on the road and are home 2 days each week, hauling van or double trailers between service centers and turn-point locations.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 yearly, with an excellent benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacations and holidays, and vacations lodging at exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with verifiable recent experience.
• Clean MVR/PSP with no serious violations in past 3 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen prior to hire.
• Ability to operate equipment safely at all times.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between service centers.
• Coordinate routes with team drivers; maintain timely on-road performance.
• Work a 5 days on / 2 days home schedule every week.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Farmington, MN Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations.All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements:

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred:

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
