Job summary

NIS Express is seeking new drivers for a regional west‑themed fleet with paid training up front and good miles, home time every couple of weeks. You start with 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, earning $800 per week during training, then $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo, and move into steady weekly earnings as you accrue miles.

West-of-Mississippi routes cover about 2,300 miles weekly, with two-week home time and mostly drop-and-hook operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 years or older.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.
