28Freight is seeking a skilled Tractor Trailer Driver to join our operations team. You will operate tractor-trailer units, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure on-time deliveries while complying with TSA, DOT, and company policies.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL-A, clean driving record, and vigilance in safety and security protocols. Candidates should be comfortable using dispatch apps for real-time updates and coordinated routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with clean driving record.
• Familiar with TSA chain of custody and cargo security.
• Comply with DOT, TSA, and company safety policies.
• Experience driving tractor-trailers and on-time deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to use dispatch and tracking apps for real-time visibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer vehicles and other trucks as needed.
• Load/unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding schedules and issues.
• Assist in route planning and customer service at delivery sites.
