Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver for the Nottingham, PA area on the 2nd shift. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in wet/humid conditions; extreme cold and heat.
• Must pass background and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to destinations including branch and distributor locations.
• Observes road safety rules and regulations; monitors speed and idle time.
• Hooks and un-hooks from trailers.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and submits reports.
• Maintains driver logs and state mileage records per regulations.
• Operates ERP and updates production data in the system.
