World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is hiring for Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty towing operators in Seville, Ohio. The roles cover local and surrounding areas with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle transport, prompt service-call responses, and accurate documentation. Benefits include paid training, health plans, 401(k) with match, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required for Heavy-Duty roles (manual transmission is a plus).
• Good driving record (MVR) and insurable.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass mandatory 5-panel DOT-regulated drug test, including THC.

Responsabilités

• Towing Operators transport vehicles using specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to service calls and assess each situation for safe transport.
• Secure vehicles for transport and operate equipment per safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Complete required documentation and maintain equipment readiness.
