World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is actively hiring light, medium, and heavy-duty towing operators to serve local and surrounding areas around Columbus, OH. Positions include full-time and part-time roles in the towing and recovery industry.

Responsibilities include transporting disabled or damaged vehicles, responding to service calls, and maintaining equipment. CDL is required for heavy-duty roles; background checks and a DOT drug test are mandatory.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL; heavy-duty roles require CDL and may involve manual transmission
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to pass background checks and DOT drug screening

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport vehicles using specialized equipment and secure them for transport.
• Respond promptly to service calls and assess each situation.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete required documentation accurately.
• Work in various weather and roadside conditions, including after-hours and emergency situations
