Job summary
Star Construction LLC in Hermitage, PA is seeking an Operator Telecom Pole Anchors to operate anchor trucks, install pole anchors, and support telecom infrastructure projects. You will follow engineering specs, assist with site prep, and ensure safe operation of equipment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, valid CDL, and the ability to read blueprints. Prior telecom/utility experience is a plus.
Qualifications

- Valid CDL with clean driving record is required.
- Experience operating telecom or utility equipment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints or staking sheets is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Operate anchor trucks, digger derricks, or hydraulic equipment.
- Install pole anchors and guy wires based on engineering specs.
- Assist with load setup and site prep.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and within regulations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Support crews with material handling and safety spotting.
- Travel to various job sites as needed and participate in safety training.
