Job summary

DSV is seeking a Tech Driver, Travel in Sterling, VA, to safely transport and install sensitive equipment from warehouses to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites. You must hold a Class A CDL, comply with DOT/FMCSA, and thrive in active construction and data center environments.

The role goes beyond driving, delivering white glove service, maintaining professionalism, and supporting on-site installation while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR meeting DOT/FMCSA and DSV standards.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in active construction and data center environments.
• Ability to travel and work variable schedules, including weekends and overtime.
• Experience supporting data center deliveries, white glove service, or specialized freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles in full compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Execute scheduled deliveries from warehouse locations to DCO sites.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide white glove service when handling sensitive equipment.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems using provided tools.
• Communicate delays or safety concerns to the Manager.
