Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced Team Drivers for dry van, 100% no-touch freight, covering all 48 states. Join a team with the ability to drive together, and bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy.

Benefit from mileage pay plus hourly on duty, weekly pay, and a robust rewards program including sign-on bonuses ($10,000 for experienced drivers, $5,000 for inexperienced drivers), paid orientation, PTO after six months, holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Overview

• Dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight.


• Drive within all 48 states.

Pay and bonus potential

• Now earn up to 6¢ more per mile.


• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Weekly paychecks.


• Earn at least $1,000 per driver in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.
