Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers. Team drivers operate 53' vans or doubles, on a schedule that keeps you home weekly. Earn a yearly range of $140,000 to $160,000 per driver and enjoy benefits with a strong driver support network.

Positions involve rotating home time and city-to-city hauls with safety as a priority. A comprehensive benefits package and PTO after 90 days are included.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required and must have current status.
• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with MVR/PSP and no serious violations.
• Age 23 (21 if FMCSA military transition).
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen; road test required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn-points.
• Work in teams on the road 5 days, home 2 days each week.
• Maintain safe and compliant operation of equipment at all times.

CDL A Team Truck Drivers, Yearly range is $140,000 - $160,000 yearly (each driver)

Our Team Drivers are home every week!

P PTO available after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts

As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A


• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years


• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.


• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL


• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times


• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen


• Must be able to complete a successful road test


• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty


• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements


• Experienced hauling Haz-mat


• Experienced pulling doubles


• Any LTL freight experience
