Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A team drivers to be home weekly with competitive mileage pay up to $0.86 per mile and a $16,000 sign-on bonus per team ($8,000 per driver).

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY| UP TO $0.86/MILE + $16,000 SIGN ON BONUS PER TEAM

Home Time: Home weekly

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.86/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.71/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Weekly Minimum: 5,200 miles (paid to truck)
• Sign On Bonus: $16,000 per team ($8,000 per driver)
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,850-$2,250+

Benefits

Covenant offers a comprehensive benefits program. On the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
