Job summary

TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated 3M division. This dedicated lane will have you running over the road to various customer locations throughout IL, PA, IA, TX and other locations as needed. You will be home every 2-3 weeks, averaging 5,000 - 6,000 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• DOT qualified.
• Valid CDL-A.

Responsibilities

• Drive on dedicated routes, averaging 5,000–6,000 miles per week.
• Home every 2–3 weeks with consistent, dedicated routes.

Team CDL-A Truck Driver - Earn $106,700 - $130,400 Annually

CDL-A Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• $106,700 - $130,400 yearly earnings
• $2,280 average weekly pay
• Pay increases at 1 and 2 years on accounts
• $500 New hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck
• $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250/day for two day paid orientation

Pay Range: $106,700 - $130,400 per year, General Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid sick time, vacation and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements

• Hazmat endorsement required
• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable with both day and night driving
• Valid CDL-A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
