Job summary

TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A drivers for our dedicated 3M division. This team-based role covers routes across IL, PA, IA, TX and more, with home every 2-3 weeks and 5,000–6,000 miles weekly. Hazmat endorsement is required and you will operate day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years.
• Must be comfortable with both day and night driving.
• Valid CDL-A.
• DOT qualified.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Join dedicated 3M division routes across IL, PA, IA, TX and others.
• Home every 2-3 weeks, averaging 5,000–6,000 miles per week.
• Operate in a team driving arrangement; hazmat required.
• EOQ: Other per-note responsibilities as per route assignments.

Team CDL-A Truck Driver - Earn $106,700 - $130,400 Annually

CDL-A Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• $106,700 - $130,400 yearly earnings
• $2,280 average weekly pay
• Pay increases at 1 and 2 years on accounts
• $500 New hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck

Pay Range: $106,700 - $130,400 per year, General Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid sick time, vacation and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
