CRST The Transportation Solution Inc. is one of the nation's largest transportation companies, providing total transportation solutions and comprehensive logistics services to customers all over North America. We are looking for Premade Teams to drive Over the Road!

Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks across all lower 48 states (Over the Road)
• Maintain safety standards and submit weekly feedback via Workhound (optional)
• Utilize new freight optimization technology to maximize miles and pay
• Plan loads a week in advance with optimization software

Benefits:

• Weekly payroll
• Annual salary between $85,000 and $98,000, based on tenure and home time
• Automatic transmission trucks, primarily Drop and Hook
• Great medical, dental, and vision benefits
• $100 bonus for every clean inspection
• Additional benefits after 60 days including major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum 12 months of over-the-road experience
• Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
