1. Operate in all lower 48 states
2. Weekly payroll
3. Earn $85,000 to $98,000 annually, based on tenure and home time schedule

5. Primarily drop and hook loads
6. Utilize new freight optimization technology to maximize miles and pay
7. Loads planned a week in advance with optimization software
8. Maintain a safety-first culture
9. Optionally submit anonymous weekly feedback via Workhound
