Job summary

Schneider is seeking CDL A drivers for dedicated tanker routes across the Midwest. You’ll haul 100% drop-and-hook freight with van trailers, targeting about 7 loads per week.

Earn mileage and load pay, on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO after 6 months, and tuition reimbursement.

• Tanker and HazMat endorsements required at time of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN.

Overview

• Haul 100% drop-and-hook freight with van trailers.
• 7 loads per week.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Tanker and HazMat endorsements required at time of hire.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
