Job summary

VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC seeks a CDL Class A Driver III to haul hazardous and non-hazardous waste, supporting operations during peak demand. Must be experienced with all equipment and able to drive OTR across coverage areas.

The role requires a valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement, HazMat preferred, and DOT physical, with strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and client service at delivery points.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with at least three years of verifiable driving experience.
• DOT physical as defined in 49 CFR Part 391.
• HazMat Endorsement preferred; willing to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials and operate all fleet equipment.
• Operate equipment including Sleeper Truck, vacuum tankers, bulk tankers, roll-off and other trailers.
• Maintain equipment appearance and comply with laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Interfacing with clients to create a positive delivery experience.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, violations, or damage before and after pickups.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or damage; drive OTR when required.
