Job summary

Chemtrade is seeking a Tanker Driver with CDL A Hazmat to operate in Odem, TX. You will load, transfer, and unload chemicals from tanker trucks, comply with regulations, and maintain safety standards.

The role requires two years of tractor/tanker experience and one year tanker experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain proof of experience. Home evenings and company perks support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of tractor/tanker experience.
• Minimum one year of tanker experience.
• Valid CDL Class A with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• A clean driving record for the past three years.
• Be medically qualified to drive and have a valid medical card.
• Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck.
• Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork.
• Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with plant operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
