Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL A or B license; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in dump/tractor/trailer driving; willingness to learn with training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background checks.
• MVR must meet company and DOT standards.
• Strict commitment to safety and policy compliance.
• Professional and courteous attitude; travel and nights/weekends may be required.
• Willingness to wear PPE per OSHA/MSHA protocols.

Aufgaben

• Drive trucks safely on highways, local roads, job sites, and in the yard.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections with DOT-compliant documentation.
• Check vehicle functions (fluids, tires, lights) for safe operation.
• Attach/detach various trailers as needed.
• Keep delivery logs and billing paperwork accurate.
• Load and unload equipment and materials with care.
• Monitor gauges and controls during operation.
• Maintain daily mileage logs and clean vehicles.
• Use truck tarps to cover loads when required.
• Assist with minor maintenance and report major issues.
