Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring recently licensed Class A drivers from Bremerton, Port Orchard and across the Kitsap Peninsula for dry van lanes west of the Mississippi. Training pay here is $900 a week, one of the higher training rates you will find.

The money, start to solo: You will spend 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor, earning while you learn, before going solo. Expect around 2,000 miles weekly, with a guarantee of $1,000 per week for the first 3 months and a $15 stop pay, plus a monthly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old.
• Truck driving school completed, minimum 120 hours.
• Less than 6 months of driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no DUI or DWI in 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Undertake 3–5 weeks of mentorship with a trainer before solo driving.
• Haul real freight on lanes you will later run independently.
• Conform to safety and regulatory requirements throughout training and solo periods.
