Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is hiring a yard spotter/driver to perform daily inspections, check trailers, and ensure precise yard operations at our Terre Haute facility. The role requires a Class A CDL (Basic), ability to operate forklifts, and the physical capacity to lift heavy loads.

The job emphasizes GMP-like safety practices, adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, and maintaining orderly trailer and yard conditions throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL (Basic) license.
• Experience using RF systems preferred.
• Able to lift >100 lbs and operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily spotter inspection report prior to entering the truck.
• Drive semi-trucks as needed and ensure trailers are sealed or locked.
• Check fluid levels and record amounts; perform daily yard checks.
• Inspect trailers for damage and report to supervisor.
• Maintain neat yard and proper trailer alignment with pads.
