Drivers run no-touch dry van freight across established Southwest and surrounding regional lanes. Most freight is drop-and-hook with limited live unload freight depending on the customer. Dispatch plans loads in advance to help reduce downtime between trips and maintain a smoother operating schedule throughout the week.
Drivers operate on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The operation is designed to create a more predictable routine with organized dispatch planning and consistent freight movement from one trip to the next.
