• Drive OTR or Regional routes based on the selected option.
• Ensure safety and compliance during transport.

• OTR Routes: Out 14 days, home 1.5 days for every 7 out

CDL-A Experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers at E.W. Wylie Drivers Enjoy:

• Earn up to $120,000 annually as an OTR driver
• Pay per mile:
  • 60 CPM – 69 CPM based on experience
• OTR Miles: 2,500–3,000/week | Regional Miles: 2,000–2,500/week
• $5,000 Transition Bonus (1+ year OTR experience)
• $2,500 Transition Bonus (<1 year of OTR experience or Regional applicants)
• $1,000 Guaranteed Pay (first 3 weeks)
• $1,000 Orientation Pay
• $75 Tarp Pay
• Clean Inspection Incentive: $25–$75

Driver Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum age: 22
• 6 months of recent OTR flatbed driving experience

• 1 year of non-flatbed OTR driving experience within the last 3 years
• Flatbed experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right drivers!
