Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for a dedicated regional fleet hauling boxed freight for a major retail customer, covering GA, FL, AL and Southern LA.

This role offers a steady weekly mileage around 1,600 miles, weekly home time, 3–4 loads per week and 1–6 stops daily, with occasional night and weekend routes.

• 3 months Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• No SAP; clean drug history.
• No major violations in past 12 months.
• No safety-related terminations from previous carrier.

Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Income: Average gross of $1,600 – $1,800.
• Sign‑On Incentive: $2,000 to get you started.
• Mileage Rate: $0.46 to $0.56 CPM (depending on tenure).
• Trailer Handling: $230 per load for unloading via conveyor system.
• Additional: $50 per backhaul.

The Run & Schedule

• Miles: Steady volume around 1,600 miles per week.
• Home Time: Reset weekly (please note: resets are during the week, not weekends).
• Workload: 3–4 loads per week with 1 to 6 stops per day.
• Flexibility: Routes may involve night and weekend driving to meet customer needs.

Hiring Requirements
